Purpose To activate students’ prior knowledge and encourage them to make educated guesses about the content of the passage, thus preparing for the reading activity.2.To sort out the story between father and son. Step 3 Fast Reading Students read the passage quickly and answer the question “What is the father’s love like according to the writer ” Step 4 Careful Reading 1.Students read the passage quickly and identify specific elements such as the name of the film, characters in the film, and a touching moment. 2.Students read for the elements and tick off the ones they find in the passage.
