广告类阅读理解题技巧
题型特点
我们生活在一个广告的时代，每天都可以从报纸、电视或网络上接触到大量的各式各样
的广告。而英语作为了解世界的一个窗口，此类题材的阅读文章也就越来越多。从全国各地
的阅读理解题来看，每套试题中都会出现一篇。因此可以说广告题材的阅读文章成了阅读理
解命题的一个热点。
广告类阅读理解试题在选材上联系社会实际，贴近生活，信息量大。有时为了更好地
突出和说明其内容，还经常穿插一些图表、数字、图片等。
1. 内容多样化
常见的有产品广告、招聘广告、风景名胜介绍、宾馆介绍、房屋出租、招生广告、演
出广告、节目介绍等。从文章的表达方式上来看主要有两类：一类是就一个话题进行说明的
单个主题的阅读材料，如介绍一个组织、推荐一本好书等；另一类是就同样的一个话题由多
个内容组成一篇阅读材料，但讲述的是同一个内容，如旅游、演出等。
2. 语言简练
有的用短小精悍的形式和幽默活泼的语言来陈述，有的以活泼的形式或优美的辞句来衬
托所要表达的内容。例如，在推销产品或介绍活动时，为了突出产品或活动的优点或价值，
广告商会穿插进去一些生动有趣的表格和图片等。
3. 语言差异

其语句精练、形象、生动，且信息量大。常常使用省略句和缩写词，表达方式千变
万化。生词较多，特别是产品名称、地点名称、人名等，都是我们不认识或不熟悉的词汇，
让大家望而却步。实际上有些信息是不需要大家去特别关注的，因为这类词汇对正确理解文
章内容往往并无大碍，只需对照题干知道其为产品名称、地点名称或人名即可。
解题技巧
1. 先题后文法
“先题后文”指的就是先读试题，了解试题的考查点，再根据试题快速阅读文章。
2. 题干定向法
如果题干的问题与原文中的相应句段基本相同，则可直接对号入座；如果题干的问
题与原文中的相应句段有较大出入，则要进行一定的处理，这个“处理”是多方面的，
它可能包括对原文进行同义变换、对概念进行解析、对事实进行归纳、将具体问题抽象
化或将抽象问题具体化、将文中提到的原则或规则进行实际运用等等。
3. 错误排除法
一般说来，对于那些与文意明显不符或与文章内容不相关的选项比较容易排除， 但
有些选项与文章内容相符，却与题干问题不吻合，即属答非所问的情形，也应作为错误
项予以排除，尤其是那些从文章中摘录的句子，要特别小心，它们很有可能是干扰项。
除了验证其是否能回答所提问题外，还要看它是否回答了问题的主要方面， 也就是说
看它是不是最佳答案， 如果它只能回答所提问题的一个侧面或还有比它更合适的选项，
都要毫不犹豫地将其排除。
4. 信息补全法
前面讲到，广告类阅读材料的一大特点就是缩略词和省略句多。所以在做题时，必

须注意根据文章的上下文语境将省略句补充完整，以便于正确地理解和答题。
5. 生词模糊法
生词多是广告类阅读材料的一大特点。面对这些生词该怎么办呢？首先是想办法来
猜测其词义。当然，若能根据上下文的语境猜出生词的词义，那再好不过了。但问题是，
有些生词是无法猜的，并且命题者也没有要求去猜测其词义，因为不仅试题本身没有涉
及对这些生词的理解，而且这些生词也根本不会影响到答题。对于这些生词，在做题时
只要模糊地知道它们的存在就够了，千万不要一看到生词就紧张，被它们吓住。
