一、技法指导
美食介绍类文章属于说明文，是指按照先后顺序详细介绍食物烹饪过程的文章。其语言凝练，多用祈使句；逻辑性强，多使用first(firstly)、second(secondly)等表示顺序的词语。
本单元的写作目标是“写食谱”，属于应用文。编写食谱是一门艺术，要仔细选择每一个单词。先确定食谱的名称，开篇做一下简单的描述，食谱包括两部分：一是列出做这道菜所需的食材，需要精确的配料和用量。 二是写出说明，也就是做这道菜的操作步骤，需要明确具体。文章以一般现在时为主，语言要简洁凝练，以祈使句为主。

Tiramisu cheers me up
My favourite food is a popular Italian dessert called tiramisu.
I first tried it about two years ago，when I visited a bakery with my parents. Each spoonful of this amazing dessert is a light, creamy experience to remember. There are three layers of the cake and the cheese is between the layers，making the dessert feel soft and smooth. There is also a bitter taste of coffee but this flavour is not very strong. Tiramisu does not look very attractive—it’s brown，because of the coffee and dark chocolate, and white, because of the cream and cheese—but all these ingredients make it taste delicious!
