篇章结构题的解题技巧
题型特点
理解文章的基本结构的要求，往往通过篇章结构题来考查。要学会把握文章的脉络，理
解段落层次之间的关系，弄清作者的写作方法。英语的文章讲究使用主题段和主题句。主题
段通常在文章的开头，简要概括文章的中心思想，主题句根据段落的写作手法的不同，可能
在段落的开头，也可能出现在段落的中间或末尾。段与段之间常用词语连接，承上启下，使
文章行文连贯，逻辑严密。为突出主题作者可能采用不同的写作手法来组织文章，通过举例、
比较、类比等手法来透彻阐明主题观点。
设题方式
1.确定指代关系
最常见的提问方式是：The underlined word the/it/in paragraph refers to.
2.对句子意义或作用的理解
最r常见的提问方式是：The sentence in paragraph means.…/The example of in para·is used
to illustrate/show.
3.对段落大意或段落作用的理解
最常见的提问方式是：The last paragraph mainly tell us that…The purpose of writing

4.对文章组织结构的理解

解题技巧
篇章结构题的考查对象无非是整个篇章或其中的某个段落，在解答此类题目之前，有必
要对全篇或被考查的段落进行通读以了解其大意。由于题目提问方式较为单一，无非是文章
一一段落的发展方法，因此解题的关键在于找出篇章或段落中表示层次发展的关键词，如表
示时间、方位、因果关系或对比的关联词等等。另外，此类题型最常见的考法就是根据整篇
文章的叙述发展或论证的步骤、过程推测出作者接下来要叙述的事件或将要发表的观点。此
时，要在正确理解篇章内容的基础上对文章的发展作出合理的准断。这些推断往往不是凭空
臆断，而会在上文中给出一定的提示，或是所说明两个事物或人的其余一个，或是两种截然
不同的观点的另一方面，总之，作者总会给读者最充分的证据以使读者能对文章的结构作出
合理的推断。

A Dangerous Place
Diet Coke,diet Pepsi,diet pills,no-fat diet,vegetable diet...We are surrounded by the word
"diet"everywhere we look and listen.We have so easily been attracted by the promise and
potential of diet products that we have stopped thinking about what diet products are doing to us.
We are paying for products that harm us psychologically and physically(E).
Diet products significantly weaken us psychologically.On one level,we are not allowing our
brain to admit that our weight problems lie not in actually losing the weight,but in controlling the
