Period Ⅴ　Writing Workshop——电子邮件
电子邮件是通过网络发送的信件，句式较灵活，不正式。其正文内容和格式要求与纸张信件基本一样，主要有标题栏、称呼、正文、结束语和签名五部分组成。
1.标题栏
一般写在左上角，包括发件人的姓名、地址、发件日期、收信人的姓名、地址以及邮件主题。排列格式为：
FROM：发件人的姓名、地址
DATE：发件日期
TO：收件人的姓名、地址
SUBJECT：简单明了地介绍信的内容。可以是单词、短语或句子。
2.称呼语：首行顶格写。通常用Dear...来表示，其后一般用逗号。
3.正文：这是文章的主要部分。这一部分重点按提示内容进行写作。说明写信的理由，给出自己的一些信息。要做到内容清晰、有条理，语言简洁，上下文融会贯通，过渡自然。尽量长短句结合，避免全文使用过于单一的句式。
4.结束语：通常很简便地用上thanks/best wishes/cheers等即可，不必用正式书信中的结束语。
5.签名：在结束语下一行书写。
