Let Ss review the propositions and lead in the activities. Show the picture and let them say the things they see. Watch the video and sing with it. Say the things in the classroom, including their colors and positions. 师评。观察学生能否根据视频内容反应介词的准确含义。 师评。观察学生能否借助物品的颜色、位置等信息就图片中教室里的物品进行有效的描述。设计意图:利用视频、图片资源,激发学生对英语学习的好奇心,导入本课谈论教室物品的话题,激活学生与本课时教学内容之间的知识经验的关联。Step 2 Guessing game 玩猜物品游戏 Let Ss write down the names of things on paper. Provide some words to help them. Encourage them to take turns to come to the front and play the guessing game. Provide the evaluation standards. Read the instructions to make sure they can understand what they should do in each step. They can first look at the things on ppt and choose something from the classroom, write the name on a piece of paper. Go to the front of the classroom to guess things. (The other students ask questions about what it is.) 自评、师评。观察学生能否在准备环节迅速、正确地写好物品单词;能否在提问环节,从物品的位置、颜色、功能三个方面去提问;每次提问一个问题,问句为特殊疑问句时,回答的同学要给出真实的答案。在提问过程中,尽量避免问题的重复,多问有效问题。设计意图:能在猜物品比赛中,以问答的形式描述物品及其位置,最终能正确描述或竞猜物品。Step 3 Group work &conclusion Guide Ss to guess more things in the classroom and teach them more new words about things in the classroom. Guide them to protect the things in the classroom.
