1. 一般情况加-ing, 如： play—playing
2. 以不发音的字母e结尾的，去e在加-ing，如： write—writing
3. 以重读闭音节词结尾，末尾只有一个辅音字母，双写这个辅音

4. 以ie结尾的，将ie变y,再加-ing, 如：die--dying
