Water-splashing Festival is the Dai people’s most important festival in a year. People splash water on each other as a way to express blessings (祝福；祝颂) and joy.
Tomb-Sweeping Day
(清明节)
On the Tomb-Sweeping Day, people go to clean their ancestors’ (祖先) tombs and honour (纪念) the ancestors.
Nadam Fair
(那达慕大会)
Nadam Fair is a traditional Mongolian (蒙古的) festival. It’s a time for people to enjoy various sports, such as wrestling (摔跤) and racing horses (赛马).
