1) What time is it = What’s the time 用于询问时间。
2) 此处的it指代“时间”；英语中常用it来表示时间、距离、天气 等，例如：

英语中介词at、in和on都可以表示“在某个时间”，但用法有区别。
at常表示在某个时刻，指时间点。
例如：at 10:10“在10点10分”
in常表示某个较长的时间，指时间段。

on常表示在具体的某个日期，或某个特定的上午、下午或晚上。
例如：on Sunday“在星期天”；on May 10th“在5月10日”；
