1) What time is it = What’s the time 用于询问时间。
2) 此处的it指代“时间”;英语中常用it来表示时间、距离、天气 等,例如:

英语中介词at、in和on都可以表示“在某个时间”,但用法有区别。
at常表示在某个时刻,指时间点。

in常表示某个较长的时间,指时间段。

on常表示在具体的某个日期,或某个特定的上午、下午或晚上。
