八上U3 比较级讲解
一、形容词副词比较级的含义
表示______(两者/三者) 相比较时，要用形容词副词的比较级。
Eg: I am smarter than Sam.(两者比较), 标志词是______。
二、比较级的构成
1、一般情况下, 直接在词尾______。 tall-______ high-______ cold-______
2、以字母e结尾, 直接在词尾______。 nice-______ cute-______ large-______
3、重读闭音节结尾, ______。 big-______ thin-______ fat-______
4、辅音字母+y结尾, ______。 easy-______ happy-______ heavy-______
5、多音节和部分双音节前______。 outgoing-______ beautiful-______ popular-______

三、比较级的用法
1、基本句型: 主+ be( is/ am/ are)+比较级+ than+比较对象
例子: Is Tara ______( outgoing) than Tina I am ______( smart) than Jack.
Tony is ______( quiet) than Jack I am ______( quiet) and ______( serious) than Jason.
2、比较级前可用 much/a little/ far/a lot/ even/a bit等表示程度高低
例子: Is Tara ______(更外向得多) than Tina I am ______(更聪明得多) than Jack.
Tony is ______(有点更内向) than Jack I am ______( quiet) and ______(有点更严肃) than Jason.
3、在两者之间选择哪一个更……, 用比较级. Which / Who…,A or B
例子: Tara or Tina, who is ______( quiet)
What do you think is ______,( beautiful) Beijing or Shanghai
4、表达“A和 B一样”, 用 A … as 原级 as B
例子: He is ______(一样聪明) me.
Jack works ______(一样努力) Jason.
5、表达“A 不如B”,用 A … not+ as/ so+原级+ as+B。
例子: He is ______(不一样聪明) me.

6、比较级 + and+ 比较级”表示“越来越…”
例子: China is getting ______(越来越强大)
The weather is becoming ______(越来越暖和)
The English class is getting ______(越来越有趣)
注意:多音节形容词用此句型时,要用 more and more+形容词原级; 而不能用 more interesting and
more interesting

7、“ The+ 比较级…, the+ 比较级…”表示“越…, 就越…
