一、教材分析 Analysis of teaching material
What:本课时属于阅读强化，呈现的语篇是兴趣课程。语篇内容主要介绍了四个课程及其要求，分别是：合唱团，木工，播客以及瑜伽。Why:语篇介绍了四门课程的内容优势，年龄，地点，时间和要带的东西，方便学生们按照自己的特长和兴趣爱好选择自己喜欢的课程，发展自己的特长。How:四篇文段以同样的格式呈现，有小标题，配图，文章内容，注意事项等。活动1是阅读文章，完成句子填空；活动2是开放性的两个问题，引发学生积极参与讨论。
二、教学内容 Teaching content
（1）能够通过标题和图片，快速阅读首段获取文章结构和主旨大意。（2）能够慢速阅读获取细节信息。（3）能够根据文章内容发表自己的意见和想法。（4）能够了解不同的课程学习。

Before the class, I will tell students how to participate in the class and evaluate themselves according to the following evaluation form.During the class, I will use my body language like smile and encouragement language to assess the students properly and give feedback in time. 十、教学反思Teaching reflection
In this class, I guided students to learn how to predict the main idea of the whole passage through the title and the picture, how to divide paragraphs through fast reading and how to get details through careful reading.Seventy percent of students can finish the reading tasks and catch up with the class.It’s difficult for the rest of students to make it because of many strange words.To my surprise and joy, each student is interested in the pictures and video about all kinds of subjects. And they can realize the importance of study.
