Talk about the festivals and events that you have attended recently.
You are going to write about a celebration event that you have had before. Discuss with your partner.

Last year in June, we had a party to celebrate my sixteenth birthday. We held the party at my house and invited all my friends.
Before the party, my parents prepared some delicious food and drinks. Mum prepared me a wonderful birthday cake as well.
At first I was very nervous. But as soon as my friends arrived, my nervousness was gone. The party started at about 8 o’ clock.
First of all we had a drink and ate the delicious food and birthday cake. After that, we danced to some great music. While we were dancing happily, one of the neighbors came to complain about the noise, but in the end she came in and had a drink.
Though the house was a bit of a mess after the party, we enjoyed ourselves.
