1.人称代词
(1)主格与宾格的区分
人称代词在句中作主语时用主格形式,作宾语和表语时一般用宾格形式。例如:
*They told us to get ready at once.
他们让我们马上准备好。
*He bought very nice birthday presents for you and me.他给你和我买了非常好的生日礼物。
注意:宾格代词(特别是me)可以作主语。主格代词一般不单独使用,也不用于带not的简短回答中,这些情况下往往用宾格代词。例如:
*—Who wants a ride on my bike
谁想骑我的自行车
—Me!/Not me!我!/我不想!
(2)it的用法
it除用来指代人和事物外,还可以用来表示时间、天气、距离等。
It’s 12 o’clock now.现在是12 点。

It’s 20 km from here.(那儿)离这儿 20千米。
(3)人称代词的顺序
当多个人称代词并用时,英语中人称代词的排列顺序是you, he/she and I,复数人称代词的排列顺序是 we, you and they。
2.物主代词
表示所有关系的代词叫作物主代词(Possessive Pronouns)。物主代词分为形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词两种。
3.物主代词的用法
(1)形容词性物主代词起形容词的作用,用在名词前。如:
*Is this your football 这是你的足球吗
(2)名词性物主代词起名词的作用。为了避免重复使用名词,我们经常用名词性物主代词来代替“形容词性物主代词+名词”的形式。如:
*My pen is lost.May I use yours (=your pen)
我的钢笔丢了,我可以用用你的(钢笔)吗
(3)名词性物主代词作主语时,谓语动词的单复数取决于它所指代的名词的单复数。如:
*My gloves are blue, and hers are pink.
我的手套是蓝色的,她的是粉红色的。
(4)对物主代词提问用疑问词whose,意为“谁的”。如:
*—Whose dictionary is this 这是谁的字典
—It’s hers.是她的。
