responsible的用法
(1)be responsible for意为“对……负责, 对……有责任”; 后面加名词; 不特指人或物。
You are supposed to be responsible for the work. 你是应当对这项工作负责的。
(2)be responsible to意为“对……负责, 负责”;
后面加人; 特指对人负责。
Our duty is to be responsible to the people.
我们的责任是对人民负责。
