what time和when都可以用来询问时间
一、可互换的情况:
1.询问做某事的具体时刻(钟点)时,两者可以互换使用。
e.g.—What time/When do you go to school —I go to school at six thirty.
二、不能互换,只能用其一的情况:
1.只能用when不能用what time 的情况:询问事情发生的年份、月份、日期以及上午、下午或晚上等非钟点性时间时,只能用when。
2.只能用what time不能用when的情况:
询问钟表上表示的具体时间(钟点)时,只能用what time,不能用when。

Sentence Stress(句重音)
在英语句子中有些单词要重读,有些单词要轻读。重读音节总是声调较高、时间较长、发音较清晰,这就是句子的重音。
