频度副词
频度副词表示动作发生或状态存在的频率。
常用的频度副词有：
always-- 总是 usually--通常
often-- 经常 sometimes-- 有时
seldom--不常 rarely-- 很少
never--从不 hardly--几乎不
经常使用的副词频度柱状图
always意为“总是”，与进行时态连用时，可以表示赞扬，也可以表示讨厌等感彩。
usually可以指通常的动作，但是侧重已经形成的习惯，它是从已经形成的角度来说明动作。
often是指经常性的动作，意思为“常常, 经常”。
sometimes意思为“有时，不时”，表示次数较少常常与一般现在时或一般过去时连用。
hardly意思为“难得, 几乎从来不”，所表示的次数非常少。
never意思为“决不, 从未”，表示一次也没有。

副
词
频度副词通常与一般现在时连用,在句中的位置为主语或助动词之后,实义动词动词之前。
频度副词的位置
I always get up early.
She often helps her mother .
They sometimes go skating.
we hardly ever sing.
I never fly a kite.

She is sometimes very busy.
I will never forget this lesson.
They are often kind to us.
He can hardly get up at 6 o’clock.
频率副词用在be动词，助动词或情态动词之后
I always get up at 6am to go for a run.
我总是早上6点起来跑步。
I usually have coffee for breakfast. 我通常早餐喝咖啡。
I often go to the gym to work out after work.
我经常下班后去健身房锻炼身体。
Sometimes I feel like I just need to be alone.
有时候我觉得我只需要独处。
There is hardly any free time. 几乎没有什么空闲时间。
They never listen to my advice. 他们从来没有听我的建议。

How often 的用法
How often do you have PE class 你多久上一次体育课 I have PE class twice a week.
一周两次。
How often does your aunt visit your parents 你姑姑一般多久来看你爸妈一次？ She hardly ever visit them.

对频度副词进行提问常用how often, 表示“多久一次”。
一般是对一般现在时态的提问，
结构：how often +do/does+主语+动词短语？
常见的how疑问词辨析
How soon will he be back 他多久能回来？ He will be back in a month.
他一个月后能回来。
How long did it take you to clean the house 你打扫房子用了多久？ It took me half an hour to clean the house. 我打扫这房子用了半小时。
