By the end oftwo weeks, I could run for 30 minutes, which was a huge success.While I saw my body starting to look more toned, I also noticed my negat ive thoughts didn'toccur that 7 .And it sparked a thought—what ifI could set a running goal and sign up for myfirst-ever race I did and races sort of became a new hobby.In the meantime,I was able to 8 a few freelance projects.
