After a busy term, my parents decided to take me to relax on vacation. We went to Beijing by train this summer. The weather there was sunny and hot. We visited the Palace Museum first. Seeing the wonderful old things and listening to the stories behind them, I felt surprised and excited. Besides, we also visited other places of interest, such as the Great Wall and the Summer Place. Of course, we tasted the famous Beijing duck and it was very delicious.
Through the trip, I not only saw many great things but also learned a lot about Chinese history and culture. I can improve myself by traveling.
