应用文：申请信
作文结构 三段式：
Para. 1写信目的：（从哪里得到相关信息）提出申请该职位。
Para. 2表明对该职位感兴趣，以及自己的能力和优势。（有详有略，3条左右，语言能力；过去相关经验；对这份工作的热情），最好总分结构并展开说明一条。
Para. 3请求给予机会，期望尽快回复。
常用相关表达：
1.称呼：不需要具体到名字 Dear Sir or Madam
2.申请职位 apply for the position/job
3.（一般申请信中招募的职位）：volunteer intern 实习生
4.胜任这个职位：be qualified for the job be competent for the post
5.符合要求：meet the requirements
6.考虑我的申请（一般用于最后一段）：take my application into consideration
常用句式：
Para. 1
Knowing/Learning that you are in need of + 职位, I would like to apply for the post.
I’m interested in the post you advertised in..., so I’m writing to apply for it.
I’m writing to apply for the position of... advertised in the newspaper（后置定语）.
Para. 2：表明优势和能力(分条叙述)
总（以下可选择）：①I’m qualified for this job for the following reasons.
②With good academic performance and relevant practical experience, I feel I’m the right person you’re looking for.
分，各类优势：
(1)英语能力（以下可选择）：
①I have a good command of English, especially oral English.
②Having learned English for more than 10 years, I can speak English fluently.
(2)相关类似经历，举一个简短的实例：I have taken part in /participated in/been involved in …, from which I gain considerable experience.
(3)性格好（以下可选择）：
①I’m an active and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with different people and can adapt well to new situations.
②Being outgoing as well as warm-hearted, I’m always ready to help those in need, which makes me feel good in return.
(4)对这方面有热情：I have a strong passion for … /I am passionate about…
