Take notes:
when是疑问副词,意为“什么时候”,引导特殊疑问句。句式是 “When+一般疑问句?”,when可以对年、月、日和时刻提问。
(1) 表示日期时, 月份的首字母必须大写, 2nd是序数词 second 的简写, 用来表示顺序。表示年、月、日时,年、月用基数词表示, 日通常用序数词表示。
(2) 当日期具体到某天时, 用介词 on。
介词 on, in, at 的区别
表示日期具体到某天:on July 10, 2023 (在2023年7月10日)
表示一天中的上午、下午、晚上或某月、某年:in the morning (在早上)in September (在九月)
表示具体某一时刻:at five (在五点钟)
