教材分析 What: 2a asks students to imagine a farm. Think about “What do they have on the farm ”, “How many of them do they have ” and “What colour is it/are they ”. 2b asks students to draw a picture of their imaginary farm. 2c asks students to complete writing to describe the imaginary farm. Why: By guiding students to think about the things on their farms, including their colours and numbers, students will be able to design their own farms from these aspects and use the core vocabulary and sentence patterns they have learned in this unit to describe the farms correctly and complete the writing task. How: In this lesson, students are asked to complete an explanatory essay about a farm. The essay is required to contain information about the things, the numbers and the colours on the farm. The basic sentence patterns are “There are…How many…can you see/do you have What about… ”.
学情分析 【known】Students are equipped with some background knowledge of making friends with others. 【Weakness】Some students can’t introduce people from different perspectives. 【method】Analysis the structure of the article to get the different perspectives to introduce friends.
教学学习 目标任务 Master farm related vocabulary such as “cow”,“duck”,“farm”,etc.;learn and use basic sentence patterns to describe animal species,quantities,colours,and other attributes; 2.Cultivate students' observation and logical thinking skills through observing and analyzing farm pictures; improve students' creative thinking and expression abilities through writing exercises; 3. Enhance students' understanding and interest in rural culture through descriptions of farm life,fostering cross cultural communication awareness and abilities.

I Lead in Ask Ss to watch a video about a farm to lead into the task of the class: In response to rural vitalization strategy, Our school will hold a competition for The Best Farm Design. Please actively participate. II Enjoy a farm Use some animations to present the real farms to students and let Ss think about: (1)What can you see on the farm (2)How many of them can you see (3)What colour is it/are they 2. Ask Ss to enjoy the animation again and think about which farm they like best Why 3. Show Ss a introduction of one farm and let Ss to analyse the introduction to find out the key structure of the introduction and matser some key expression. III Design your own farm Students desgin their own farms in groups of 8 and draw your farm, and then write a short passage to introduce it. Each group needs two designers,two painters,two writers and two reporters. Please according to the checklist. Let students share their drawings and writings in class! Let students give the scores according to the checklist. At last ,present awards to the winning group. IV Summary V Homework Watch the video and know the task of the class Enjoy the animation and answer the questions. Think about which farm they like best Why Analyze the introduction and prepare for the designing. Student discuss how to divide the work.According to the division work. Students complete each person's task. All members of the group go to the front to show their paintings and writings. Students give a score to each group's presentation.The winning group will go on stage to receive the award. With T’s help, try to sum up what they have learned this lesson. Must do:Complete a hand-copied newspaper of your farm. Choose to do: Make a video to introduce farm. Students can be stimulated with the task of the class. Students can review the knowledge they learned through enjoying the animation and answering the question. Then think about what kind of farms they want to design. And know how to describe a farm. Students work in groups to design and share their farms that can improve students’ spirit of team work and enhance students’ ability to apply solidate the knowledge.
