一、can的基本用法:
情态动词can
1. 表示能力,意为“能;会”。
Tom can speak Chinese. 汤姆会说汉语。
2. 表示请求或许可,意为“可以”。
Can you help me 你能帮我一把吗?
3. 表示推测,意为“可能”,常用于否定句和疑问句。
Tom can’t be at home. 汤姆不可能在家。
注意:can有一定的意义,但不能单独作谓语,须与实义动词连用构成谓语。情态动词没有人称和数的变化。
二、can构成的各种句式:
1. 肯定句:主语+ can +动词原形+其他.
He can play the piano. 他会弹钢琴。
2. 否定句:主语+ can’t +动词原形+其他.
He can’t play the piano. 他不会弹钢琴。
3. 一般疑问句:Can +主语+动词原形+其他
肯定回答:Yes, 主语 + can.
否定回答:No, 主语 + can’t.
--Can he play the guitar 他会弹吉他吗?
--Yes, he can. 是的,他会。
No, he can’t. 不,他不会。
4. 特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词+ can +主语+动词原形+其他
What can he do 他会做什么?
Match the two parts to make sentences. Then make more sentences with can.
