一、教学目标 （一）语言能力目标 1. 学生能够准确听、说、读、写单词：gardening, playing volleyball, reading a book, riding a bike, shopping, washing dishes。 2. 学生能够熟练运用句型“What are you doing right now ” “I'm...”来询问和回答正在进行的动作。 （二）学习能力目标 1. 通过听力和对话练习，培养学生捕捉关键信息的能力。 2. 引导学生通过模仿和操练，提高口语表达的准确性和流利度。 （三）思维品质目标 1. 培养学生的逻辑思维能力，如通过听力内容推理出相关信息。 2. 鼓励学生创新思维，在角色扮演中创造出丰富多样的对话。 （四）文化意识目标 1. 了解不同文化中人们日常活动的差异。 2. 培养学生尊重不同文化背景下的生活方式和习惯。 二、教学重难点 （一）教学重点 1. 掌握现在进行时的基本结构和用法，能够正确运用现在进行时描述正在进行的动作。 2. 听懂并正确回答关于正在进行动作的问题。 （二）教学难点 1. 现在分词的构成规则，尤其是重读闭音节动词的现在分词形式。 2. 能够在实际情境中灵活运用现在进行时进行交流。 三、教学方法 1. 任务型教学法：通过布置任务，让学生在完成任务的过程中掌握知识和技能。 2. 情景教学法：创设真实的语言情景，让学生在情境中感受和运用语言。 3. 互动教学法：鼓励学生积极参与课堂互动，通过师生互动、生生互动提高学习效果。 四、教学过程 （一）Warming up (5 minutes) 1. Greet the students and have a free talk. How was your weekend What did you do last weekend 2. Show some pictures of people doing different activities and ask the students to guess what they are doing. （二）Presentation (10 minutes) 1. Present the new words and phrases: gardening, playing volleyball, reading a book, riding a bike, shopping, washing dishes. Show pictures of each activity and teach the words one by one. Have the students repeat the words after the teacher. 2. Present the sentence structure “What are you doing right now ” and “I'm...” Use actions and gestures to demonstrate the meaning of the sentence. For example, act like reading a book and ask “What am I doing right now ” Help the students answer “You're reading a book.” Then ask a student “What are you doing right now ” and guide him/her to answer “I'm...” （三）Practice (15 minutes) 1. 1a: Write the activities in the box under the pictures Show the pictures in 1a and ask the students to match the activities with the pictures. Check the answers with the whole class. 2. 1b: Listen to the conversations and answer the questions. Play the recording for the first time. The students just listen. Play the recording for the second time. The students listen and answer the questions. Check the answers together. 3. 1c: Listen again. Match the questions with the answers. Play the recording again. The students listen and match. Have the students check their answers in pairs. Invite some pairs to share their answers with the class. （四）Production (10 minutes) 1. 1d: Role-play a conversation between a club leader and a student. Read the example dialogue with a student. Ask the students to work in pairs and make their own dialogues. Invite some pairs to act out their dialogues in front of the class. 2. Group work: Make a survey Divide the students into groups of four. Each student asks the other three students “What are you doing right now ” and records the answers. Then each group reports their survey results to the class. （五）Pronunciation (3 minutes) 1. Listen and repeat Play the recording of the pronunciation part. The students listen and repeat. 2. Add one more word to each group Have the students think of one more word for each group and write it down. Check the answers. （六）Summary and Homework (2 minutes) 1. Summarize the key points of this lesson: the new words, the sentence structure and the pronunciation. 2. Homework Practice the conversations with your partner.
