教学内容分析 本课内容包括:Part II. Activity 1.2.3. 学生在前两节课已经学习了西餐厨房中的有关厨师职位名称的单词和词组,以及如何询问工作情况。 本课将学习西餐厨房楼层平面图中各厨房的英语名称, 西餐厨房的主厨房一般包括冷菜厨房、热菜厨房、肉食厨房、备餐厨房、西点厨房等,主厨房中准备的菜品会源源不断地供给不同的厨房。在教学过程中,教师可以充分利用多媒体教学的优势,同时结合实物教学法,引导学生掌握相关词汇。
教学目标 知识目标 Learn and get familiar with the words of floor plan,such as: main kitchen, cold kitchen,hot kitchen,butchery kitchen, commissary kitchen, pastry & bakery kitchen, ect. 2.Learn and read the dialogue about floor plan in western kitchen.
能力目标 1.Recognize and speak out the phrasess of floor plan, such as: coffee shop kitchen, Italian kitchen, Chinese kitchen, ect. 2. 教学设计 Step 1 Lead in (2’) Activity 1 Show Ss a picture and ask the questions: 1. What does he do in the kitchen He is a pastry & bakery sous-chef. 2.What is he in charge of He is in charge of making pastries. 设计目的:Review old knowledge and introduce new knowledge. Step 2 Clarity of task (1’) Task : Suppose you are a trainee in the western kitchen, you will get familiar and speak out the words and phrase of floor plan with the help of your chef. 设计目的:Give Ss a clue of what they are expected to achieve in this lesson. 设计目的:Get students’ ideas into shape with the mind-map. Step 4 Task preparation(10’) Task 1 Get familiar and speak out the words and phrase of floor plan correctly. Activity 1 Read these words . main kitchen /cold kitchen /hot kitchen /butchery kitchen / commissary kitchen / pastry & bakery kitchen /Chinese kitchen /Italian kitchen / Coffee shop kitchen / 1.Read these words followed by the tape. 2.Read these words by pairs. 3.Read these words one by one. 设计目的:To contextualize Ss of the content of this lesson and energize them to be ready for the lesson. Activity 2 Look and answer. Write Chinese and English expressions of different kitchens of floor plan and speak out what they are in English. Activity 3 Look, write and talk in pairs. Make dialogues according to the key sentences and words. Key sentences : 1.
