教学内容分析 本课内容包括:Focus on learning. Activity 4.5. 在起始课中学生已经学习并知道了西餐厨房中的厨师职位名称,如:executive chef, executive sous-chef , coffee shop kitchen sous-chef, ect. 本课主要是让学生了解并掌握西餐各厨房名称和不同厨师职位的职责及英文描述。在教学过程中,教师可以充分利用多媒体教学的优势,同时结合实物教学法,引导学生掌握相关词汇,有条件的学校可以和专业课教师进行双语授课。
教学目标 知识目标 1.Learn and get familiar with the phrases of job titles such as: be in charge of, attractive, boring. 2.Learn and read the dialogue about job titles and post responsibilities.
能力目标 1.Recognize and speak out the phrases of job titles such as: 2. Imitate and speak out the key sentences of treating the fish: What do you think of your job I find it attractive. (2) What is he in charge of He is in charge of making pastries.

Activity 2 Read the learning goal : 1.Get the general idea of this dialogue and read it fluently. 2.Express about job titles and post responsibilities. 设计目的:Make students familiar with their job responsibilities in the future. Step 2 Before reading (2’) Part 2 Focus on learning Activity 1 Listen and answer. Question : What the general idea of this dialogue 设计目的:Get the general idea with the skim reading. Step 3 While reading(25’) Activity 1 Read the dialogue. Read the dialogue followed by the tape. Read the dialogue in pairs.
