教学内容分析 本课选自《西餐英语》第一单元《Title Used in the Kitchen & Floor Plan》，我们将学习西餐厨房中的厨师职位名称和西餐各厨房名称和厨师服装名称等。本单元的任务是学习厨师职位名称和西餐各厨房名称的单词、词组以及厨师的不同服装名称。依据教学大纲和课程任务，本单元共有3个任务，分别是Lead in(导入）, Focus on learning（聚焦学习）和 Give if off（知识拓展），授课学时5节。 本课是第一单元的起始课，内容包括：Lead in. Activity 1.2.3, Focus on learning. Activity 1.2.3.主要是让学生了解并掌握常见厨师职位名称和西餐各厨房名称的单词和词组，在教学过程中，教师可以充分利用多媒体教学的优势，同时结合实物教学法，引导学生由书本上的职业词汇联想到学生自己所学专业以及将来所从事的厨师职业的英文表达方法。

教学设计 Step 1 Lead in (3’) Activity 1 Teacher greets the Ss and makes a self-introduction. (1) about greeting: Good morning. Hi. Nice to meet you. (2) about personal information What’s you name Where are you from Which school/hotel are you from Can you say something about yourself T：Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is... Well, I can teach English and I can speak a little French. Can I have your name ... What do you do S: I am Li Ming. My English name is Mike. I’m from Guangming Vocational School. I’ll go to the Grand Hotel as a trainee. Activity 2 Read the learning goal: Get familiar and speak out the words and phrase of job titles correctly. 2.
