教学内容分析 本节课是第三单元的第二节课。在起始课中学生已经学习并掌握了西餐厨房工作中常见锅具,如:stockpot, frying pot , braising pan, sauce pan, etc. 本节课的学习任务是初步了解西式炊具功能,如何使用不同炊具制作菜肴,以及初加工过程的英文描述。在教学过程中,教师可以充分利用多媒体教学的优势,同时结合实物教学法,引导学生掌握相关词汇,有条件的学校可以和专业课教师进行双语授课。
教学目标 知识目标 1. Learn and get familiar with the phrases of fish, such as: frying pans, fry meat, a sauce pan, butter, fix the sauce... 2. Learn and read the dialogue about cooking chicken in a sauce pan fluently.
能力目标 1. Recognize and speak out the phrases of cooking process, such as: fry meat, cook the chicken in butter, fix the sauce to…,go with the chicken. 2. 教学设计 Step 1 Lead in (3ms’) Activity 1 Show Ss some pictures of cook wares and ask the questions: What is this pot called in English It is called frying pan/sauce pan/braising pan/stockpot/ sugar pan/grill pan/crepe pan /sauté pan... Which ingredients are used in the frying pan to cook Chicken Sorry, we don’t know any more. Activity 2 Read the learning goal : 1. Get the general idea of this dialogue and read it fluently. 2. Express the process of treating fish with the fish tools in a real task. 设计目的:Look for the old so as to learn the new and get to know what they are expected to achieve in this lesson. Step 2 Before reading (2’) Part 2 Focus on learning Activity 1 Listen and answer. Question: What the general idea of this dialogue 设计目的:Get the general idea with the skim reading. Step 3 While reading(25ms’) Activity 1 Read the dialogue. Read the dialogue followed by the audio. Read the dialogue in pairs. Invite some students to read the dialogue by roles. 设计目的:Master the language logic correlation with drills. Activity 2 Read and answer. Q 1: What’s this It’s a frying pan.
