能力目标 1. Recognize and speak out the words of shellfish, such as: soup ladle, mixing bowl, spider, grater, whisk, fish poacher, mallet, roasting tray, etc. 2. Imitate and speak out the key sentences, such as: (1)Hand me the _____, please. Here you are. (2) First add vinegar, salt and lemon,and then add oil. (3) And beat the ingredients with a whisk

Because it is a common tool in the training room. 设计目的:Lead in the new lesson with picture to arouse student’s interest. Step 2 Clarity of task (1’) Task: Suppose you are a trainee in the western kitchen, you will discuss with the chef in English how to handle the ingredients with the tools. 设计目的:Through the design of the work environment in the use of English, so that students master words and phrases.
