教学内容分析 本课是第五单元的第二节课。在起始课中学生已经学习并掌握了西餐厨房工作中常见的调味品的英文表达,如:salt, vinegar, sugar, ect.本课主要是让学生了解使用英文描述调味品用途和口感的方法并掌握五种调味品分类的英文描述,并使用以上知识完成课堂任务:用英语介绍调味品的名字,描述其用途、味道和分类。在教学过程中,教师可以充分利用多媒体教学的优势,同时结合实物教学法,引导学生掌握相关词汇,有条件的学校可以和专业课教师进行双语授课。
