Step 3 Preparation(2’) Activity 1 Show Ss the picture of fish and ask the questions: 1. What is it called in English It is called salmon knife. 2. What shall you do if your knife is dull I can use a knife sharpener to sharpen the knife. Step 4 Presentation(20’) Activity 1 Read and tick. 1. Read these words and tick the kitchen tools you have never used before. Oyster knife/ spatula/ paring knife/ chopping knife/ cheese knife/ salmon knife 2. Ask the students to read the words. 3.
