教学内容分析 本课是第六单元的第三课时，学生在前两节课已经学习各种水果的单词和词组，了解制作果汁和水果沙拉的过程及其相关的设备。 本节课将进一步拓展与水果相关的词汇和短语的学习，在掌握描述生产步骤的顺序词的基础上加深果汁制作流程的理解和运用。在教学过程中，教师可以充分利用互联网的优势鼓励学生自主学习，同时也可以结合学生的专业，设计与学生生活相关的活动和作业，提高学生英语学习的积极性。
教学目标 知识目标 1.Learn more words of fruits, such as: pineapple, lychee, papaya, mango, coconut,ect. 2.Learn and read the dialogue about processing the fruit juice fluently.
能力目标 1.Recognize and speak out the words of fruits, such as: kiwi fruit, star fruit, dragon fruit, ect. 2. Imitate and speak out the key sentences, such as: (1)What fruit do you like to eat I like to eat... (2)We’ll make peach juice, what shall we do First..., then..., after that...

教学难点 Use the key words and sentences to speak out how to make peach juice, attention should be paid to the adverbs of time. We’ll make peach juice, what shall we do First, wash and peel them. then, remove the seeds. after that, put them in the liquidizer.

教学设计 Step 1 Lead in (3’) Activity 1 Show time According to the result of voting on Xuexitong, Invite the three top students to introduce their mind maps about making their favorite fruit juice. 【设计目的】The homework presentation is to consolidate what students have learned and lead in a new lesson. Step 2 Task assignment (2’) Task: Suppose you’re Mike, you are talking with your chef about making fruit juice for a customer in the western kitchen today. 【设计目的】Ensure students to be clear about the learning objectives and focus on the task in this lesson. Step 3 Task preparation (10’) Task 1 Get familiar and speak out the words and phrase of fruits correctly, Activity 1 Read and get familiar with the words . pineapple, lychee, papaya, mango, coconut, kiwi fruit, star fruit, dragon fruit 1.Read these words by following the tape. 2.Read these words in pairs. 3.Read these words clearly one by one in class. 【设计目的】To familiarize students with new words in this lesson and energize them to well prepared for the task. Activity 2 Look and answer. Ask students to speak out the fruits as quickly as possible according to the pictures. Activity 3 Look, write and talk in pairs. Step 6 Homework(1’) Read the new words and expressions then upload it to Xuexitong. Video the process of making your favorite fruit juice or a fruit salad and upload it to Xuexitong, then vote for your favorite video.
