It’s in front of/ beside/between/behind/above… There is/are + 介词短语和相关活动，共分为两部分，词汇和对话，在讲解时要注意词不离句，句不离篇，切实提高学生的语言能力。学习词汇时要注意词汇的pronunciation，meaning，form，function。学习句型时要注意与学生的真实的生活相联系，引导学生运用语言进行沟通交流。

设计意图：本阶段学习活动旨在帮学生在语境中理解学习内容，学习核心词汇和核心语言。学生在教师的指导下看图预测对话内容，在跟读模仿中模仿正确的语音语调，内化语言，为语言输出奠定基础。
