1.“钱” 的近义词辨析
（1）fare 可数名词，“公共交通工具的票价，如车费，船费，飞机票费等等。”
This is my train fare.这是我的火车票。
（2）note 可数名词，“纸币”
This is a five-pound note.这是一张五英镑的钞票。
（3）cash 不可数名词, “钞票，也可以指任何形式的金钱。”
How much cash does she have on her 她身上有多少钱？
2.介词except，表示“除·····之外”，
置于不被包括在整体中的人、事或情况的前面
We work every day except Sunday.我们除了星期天之外，每天都上班工作。
3. no 的用法
（1）no + 可数名词复数形式
There are no books on that shelf.那个架子上没有书
I saw no cars in the street.在街上，我没有看到汽车。
（2）no + 不可数名词，表示“没有……东西”
I have got no money.我没有钱。
重点句型
1. neither 引导的简略答句倒装句（否定句）
（1）表示否定的简略回答方式：neither + be 动词/助动词 + 主语
Dad has little money. Neither does my mum.爸爸没有钱。我妈妈也没有。
（2）表示否定的简略回答方式：neither + 情态动词 + 主语
— I can't afford the house in Hong Kong.我在香港买不起这所房子。
— Neither can I.我也买不起。
2. so 引导的简略答句倒装句（肯定句）
表示肯定的简略回答方式：so + be 动词/助动词/情态动词 + 主语
— Tom has been to China.汤姆去过了中国。
— So has Jim.吉姆也是去过了。
3. neither 引导的简略答句倒装句：
（1）表示否定的简略回答方式：neither + be 动词/助动词 + 主语
Dad has little money.
Neither does my mum.
（2）表示否定的简略回答方式：neither + 情态动词 + 主语
—I can't afford the house in Hong Kong.
—Neither can I.
4. so 引导的简略答句倒装句：
表示肯定的简略回答方式：so + be 动词/助动词/情态动词 + 主语

【译文】请买票！请买一张到特拉法加广场的票。
【用法】（1）第一句是公共汽车售票员的专门用语。fare n.车票。类似的单词有：
ticket n.入场券,如football ticket,concert ticket,airplane ticket
2. I can't change a ten-pound note. Haven't you got any small change
【译文】我找不开10英镑的钞票。您没有零钱吗？
【用法】（1）a ten-pound note一张十英磅面值的钞票
ten-pound 10英镑的，英语中经常出现两个名词由一个小横杠连接而成的形容词，这是
一种复合词。如：
a nine-to-five job
a three-year-old girl
（2）change n.（U）零钱；（C）改变，变化
Shanghai has enjoyed a huge change in the short three years.
Here you are. Take your change, please.
3. Can you change this ten-pound note I'm afraid I can't. Neither can I. I've got some small change, So have I.
【译文】您能把这10英镑的钞票换开吗？恐怕不能。我也不能。我有零钱。我也有。
【用法】英语倒装句
Neither can I. =I can't change it, either.
So have I. = I've got some small change, too.
结构：
表示否定：Neither+助词/情态动词/be动词+主语
表示肯定：So+助词/情态动词be动词+主语
