抓周，也叫试儿、试周、揸生日。它是周岁礼中一项很重要的仪式，最早见于南北朝时期的古俗，在民间流传。
婴儿出生满一年，占称“周”，现称周岁，周岁这天，全家人不仅要庆贺，而且还要举行隆重的抓周仪式。
