九上宾语从句练习
宾语从句:用一个完整的句子充当宾语，这个句子就是宾语从句。
二、基本结构:主句+连接词+宾语从句
e.g. I know you. (宾语是一个词)
I know that you area student.(宾语是一个句子)
宾语从句连接词
1.如果从句是陈述句，用that 引导(that无意义，可省略)。
e.g. a. I know. b. You are a student.
-I know that you are a student.
2.如果从句是一般疑问句，用whether 或if引导(if/whether有意义:是否， 不可省略)
e.g. a. I wonder. b. Are you a student
-I wonder if/whether you are a student.
补充:连接词前有介词、后有to do、或者句末有or not,只能用whether。
e.g. I'm thinking about whether she will come.
I can't decide whether to stay.
Can you tell me whether it is your book or not.
3.如果从句是特殊疑问句，用what， when, where, which,who, why,how等特殊疑问词引导(有意义，不可省略)
e.g. a.I don't understand. b. How is that a balanced diet
I don't understand how that is a balanced diet!
例题：

注意：
（一）在以下情况中that不能省略
1 当句中的动词后接多于两个由that引导的宾语从句时，第一个that可省，但后面的that不可省。
I believe（that）you have done your best and that things will get better.
2 当主句的谓语动词与that宾语从句之间有插入语时，that一般不可省。
Just then I noticed, for the first time, that our master was wearing his fine green
coat and his black silk cap.
3 当it作形式宾语时，许多带复合宾语的句子，that引导的宾语从句经常移
到句子后部，而用it作形式宾语。
She made it clear that she had nothing to do with him．
（二）whether与if的用法区分
在下列情况下只能用whether，不能用if：
①在具有选择意义，又有or或or not时，
I don't know whether or not he does any washing.
②在介词之后用whether
I'm interested in whether he likes English.
③在不定式前用whether
He hasn't decided whether to go by bus or by train.
只能用if不能用whether引导的宾语从句：
① if引导条件状语从句，意为“如果”
The students will go on a picnic if it is sunny.
② 引导状语从句even if（即使）和as if（好象）时
He talks as if he has known all about it.

宾语从句的语序
基本结构:主句+连接词+宾语从句
宾语从句的语序是陈述句语序即：引导词+主语+谓语+其他成分。
连主谓，即陈述(1连接词+主语+谓语+其他)。
e.g. a. I doubt b. Will he come on time
I doubt if he will come on time
Do you remember b. What did you have today
Do you remember what you had today？
2、连为主，需谨慎(2连接词作主语，语序不变，即连接词+谓语+其他）
e.g a. I want to know b. who is singing
I want to know who is singing.
例题：
1.Have you decided ________ for Australia
A. when will you leave B. when do you leave
C. you will leave when D. when you will leave
2.Can you tell me _________
A. where does Tom live B. where Tom lived
C. Tom lives where D. where Tom lives
3.The old man asked me ________ .
A. where was the cinema B. where is the cinema
C. where the cinema was D. where was the way to the cinema
宾语从句的时态
1 主句是一般现在时，从句根据实际情况使用任何时态（现在、将来或过去时等）
2. 主句是过去时态，从句须用过去时态的某种形式。
3. 当宾语从句表示的是一个客观真理或者事实时，即使主句是过去时，从句也 用一般现在时态
（注意：主现从任意；主过从为过；从为真理仅一般。）

难点:
宾语从句主句主语与从句主语一致时可以跟疑问词+to do结构互换。
如:
I don't know what to do=I don't know what I should do.我不知道该怎么办。
注意区分条件状语从句中的if “如果”与宾语从句中的if “是否”。
E.g.If we have a holiday tomorrow, we will go to have a picnic.
e.gI am not sure if we will have a holiday tomorrow.
