2．能够对“iP”引导的条件状语从句的不同句式要求给出正确的答案。
3．掌握以下重点句子：
I think I'll take the bus to the party.
If you do,you'll be late.
I think I'll stayat home.
If you do,you'll be sorry.
What will happen if they have the party today
If they have it today,half the class won't come.
Should we ask people to bring food
If we ask people to bring food,they'll just bring potato chips and chocolate.
教学思路
本课可以以出示party的图片的形式展示各类活动，并询问“I think I＇ll...；If...you＇ll...”，从而归纳“if”引导的条件状语从句，并在此基础上大量操练“if”引导的条件状语从句及其各种句式结构。

教师准备本课时教材中所涉及的图片或幻灯片；课后练习所需的多媒体等。
教学过程
Step I Revision
Ask about students' party activities and help them answer.
Step II Leading in
First ask students what they should do if they go to the party.And then talk about their party.
Step III Role-play the conversation
First ask two students to act out the conversation and then make their own conversations. This step helps them to improve their oral English and then speaking skills.
Step IV Grammar focus
Read the sentences together and then help students to summarize the grammar. This period we've learnt"I think I'll...; If you do,you'll...”
Step V Exercises(3a&3b)

Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the verbs in brackets.
This step helps students know when to use “will".And grasp the responses to the questions.

First,ask some of the students to say sentences using the given words. Then ask others to answer. Then ask each of the students to write questions.Then ask and answer with a partner.One asks,and the other answers and then they give the right answers.This step helps to train the uses of the Adverbial Clause of Condition.

Step VI Write a story (3c)
Write a story with your group on a piece of paper.The first person begins the story with "I think I will..”The others add sentences with “if”.Pass the paper around twice.Then read the story.
Here are some examples:
I think I will go to the movies tonight.If I go to the movies,I won't finish my homework. If I don't finish my homework...
