Step 1：Revision 观看短视频，进行brainstorm，把看到的动物名称写下来。 T: Let’s have a memory challenge. Please watch and write down the names of the animals. 通过动感视频，复习有关动物名称的词汇，为下一步重点讲熊猫做铺垫。
Step 2：warming up A guessing game 通过动物特征的提示，猜测动物,引出今天的主题。 T: I live in China. I’m white and black. I’m fat and cute. I eat bamboo. Who am I 对熊猫作了简单的介绍，让学生进行猜测。为接下来的具体了解熊猫做准备。
Step 3：Something about pandas Say something about pandas freely. Some facts about pandas. T：Do you know something about this cute animal S: ... ... T: Let’s see some more facts about pandas. T: Pandas are our national treasure (国宝) and most of them are living in nature parks happily. T: Do you know the meaning of this symbol The World Wide Fund for Nature 教师和学生互动，让学生更多地了解我们的国宝大熊猫。并引出Wolong Panda Reserve和WWF标志的含义，从而引出标题：The WWF is working hard to save them all.
Step 4：Fast-Reading 让学生快速阅读文章，选出段落大意。 T: Read the passage and match the headings with the paragraphs. 让学生了解每段的大概意思是什么，是阅读的要求之一。
Step 5：Careful-Reading T：Read Paragraphs 1&2 and answer the following questions. Read Paragraphs 3&4. Check the following sentences and correct the wrong sentences. 细读课文，要求学生对课文有更全面的理解，对课文内容更深刻。
