教学内容：Read a story—Snow White
教学目标：
通过本课时学习，学生能够：
1.感知、理解核心词汇once upon a time, queen, mirror, fairest, kill, fall asleep;初步掌握动词come, give, run, meet, fall的过去式。
2.初步理解最高级the …-est并能运用表达。
3.在问题引导和图片提示下理解故事内容，理清故事发展情节，续写故事文本。
4.借助思维导图梳理故事脉络，运用一般过去时总结故事及借助关键词复述故事。
5.读图读文，提高推测和理解故事的能力。
6.对故事中主要人物品质进行思考，对善与恶，是与非做出自己的判断，提升自身的人格品质。
7.通过不同形式的学习活动，激发思维和兴趣，提升语言表达能力。
教学重点：
能够在问题引导和图片提示下，深入探究学习故事，理清故事脉络。
教学难点：
根据动词发展顺序，运用一般过去时复述故事片段。
教学过程：
一、温故互查
利用Snow White的电影信息介绍，复习上节课的核心句型，并引出Snow White的故事。
创设情境，引出Cartoon 展馆的主题电影Snow White,激发学生阅读文章的兴趣。
二、新知呈现
1. （1）整体阅读：看视频填表。
播放完整故事视频，引导学生带着问题观看并思考。
Ask and answer:
Time 时间 once upon a time
Place 地点 in the castle in the forest
Characters 人物 the queen Snow white seven friends hunter
（2）整体阅读：听录音判断情节发展过程图。Beginning, Middle, Ending.
设计意图：通过观看动画视频和听故事录音，整体感知故事情节，理解文章大意。
2. 分段推进阅读，深度阅读故事，理解和掌握故事中的信息。
图片一：借助视频，图片和音频的动态呈现，在故事情境中学习核心词汇和句型。听录音回答问题：
(1)Who was she She was a queen.
(2) What did she have She has a magic mirror.
(3)What could mirror do It could talk.
(4)What did the queen ask the mirror She asked “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of all ”
图片二：进行阅读策略的指导和渗透，提升学生读图能力，加深对故事情节的理解。听录音并划出答案。
(1)How did the queen feel She was very angry.
(2) What did she want to do She wanted to kill Snow White.
(3)How do you think of the queen She was bad and evil.
引导学生观察图片，思考并补全故事内容。学习单词kill和理解hunter
How to kill Snow White She asked a hunter to kill her.
小结图片一与图片二：总结图片一和图片二，回顾故事发展开端，加深学生对故事情节的印象和理解。听录音，选择合适选项。
What happened at the beginning of the story
图片三与图片四：看视频并判断正误，梳理人物的情感和行动，并随文解词并引导学生对故事情节进行发散性思考。
(1)Snow White was afraid and she hid(躲避) in the castle. (×).
(2)Snow White met seven big friends in the forest and she stayed with them. (×)
注意动词及其过去式run-ran/meet-met
引导学生延伸故事情节，并进行思考：
What can Snow White do to help seven little friends
What do Snow White and seven little friends do together
小结图片三与图片四：回顾故事发展过程，加深学生对故事情节的印象和理解。听录音，完成表格。
What happened in the middle of the story
图片五：观察图片，并猜测出故事情节，并在情境中突破核心词汇及其用法。
(1)Read and guess看图片填空，加深对Who’s the fairest of all 的理解。
(2)Think and answer引发对后续情节的联想。

She came to the forest and gave Snow White an apple.
注意动词及其过去式come-came, give-gave
图片六：进行阅读策略的渗透，引导学生仔细观察图片的信息并得出推论。
(1)Look and guess引导学生观察图片，得出结论。
Did Snow White taste the apple
(2)Listen and complete.听录音填空
What happened to her She fell asleep.
Why Because the apple is poisonous.
注意动词及其过去式fall-fell，学习词组fall sleep.
（3）过程探讨The apple is poisonous (有毒的).
小结图片五与图片六：回顾故事发展结局，加深学生对故事情节的印象和理解。听录音，完成情节总结。

三、巩固拓展
1.播放课文视频，跟读课文。整体复习阅读文章并巩固理解。
2. Kitty观影后想在微信上分享电影内容，引导学生根据思维导图和关键词复述故事。通过复述故事，巩固对故事文本的掌握，提高语言表达能力。
3.Kitty利用微信发朋友圈的记录故事主要情节，请帮她完成朋友圈的介绍。
Fill in the blanks.学会概括故事主要内容，提高归纳总结的能力。
四、小结
探讨人物性格，并对电影作用总结和升华。
1. 深入思考人物性格特征，讨论如何更好地为人处事。
