In the year of 1891, a famous college was having some trouble with its boy students. When the weather was bad, they couldn’t play outside. So Dr. Naismith thought for a few days and invented a kind of ball game. It was an exciting game with much moving and passing of the ball. It was played between two teams. At first, Dr. Naismith had planned to have the ball thrown into a box. As he couldn’t find boxes of the right size, he had to use a fruit basket instead. That is how the game got its name basketball. 总体打分考量： 答题的准确性, 答题的完整性和语言表达的准确性。
2分 针对问题做出正确回答，内容清晰，完整；语法正确，单词拼写正确，大小写无误，所用词数符合题目要求。
1.5分 针对问题做出正确回答，内容完整，所用词数超出题目要求词数较多, 或因粗心导致的较少语法错误或拼写及大小写错误，不影响表达含义。
1分 针对问题做出基本正确回答，但内容不全面，缺乏部分信息，或语言存在较明显语法错误或较多拼写错误。
0分 答非所问，或语言支零破碎，无法理解。
七、书面表达（本大题 15 分）（One Possible Version）
Should we be allowed to wear our own clothes
Next Friday, we will have a class meeting . We’ll talk about whether we teenagers should be allowed to wear our own clothes at school.Here are my opinions.
Some of the classmates may think it is better to wear school uniforms at school. It doesn’t need us to spend too much money and we don’t need to think what to wear every morning. And it could form a better environment for study if everyone wears school uniforms.
But some classmates might think we should be allowed to wear our own clothes. Because they could choose their own favorite colors and styles and they would feel more comfortable in their own clothes. And if everyone is different in crowds, clothes will show our personalities.
As for me, I think we should wear school uniforms at school. Because the school is a good place to study. If we think more about study, then we will think less about other things. Of course, we should be allowed to wear our own clothes on vacations.

一、评分重点
评分时，以内容要点、语言表达、逻辑连贯和紧扣主题等四个方面为重点。
1.内容要点主要涉及是否有效地涵盖了题目的要求；
2.语言表达着重关注考生在词、句、段、篇等各个层面的表达情况；
3.逻辑连贯考查考生句间和段落间衔接词的运用能力，关注语意连贯程度和逻辑合理程度；
4.紧扣主题则强调考生要紧扣书面表达的主题，尤其注意不要跑题、不要写错体裁等。
二、评分方式
评分时，采用整体印象评分法。首先确定五类不同档的分数分别为一档、二档、三档、四档五档，每档均有涉及“内容要点、语言表达、逻辑连贯和紧扣主题”等四个方面的细则。阅卷教师应依据这四个方面的总体印象给出相应的分数。
一档(13-15分)
1.覆盖所有内容要点，达到预期写作目的。
2.结构完整，语句流畅，意思清楚、连贯。使用较为丰富的语法结构和词汇，语法、词汇等方面错误较少，具备较强的语言运用能力，且书写规范，格式正确。
3.能有效地使用常见连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系，连接信息做到符合逻辑、意义连贯。
4.紧扣主题，无跑题、偏题等现象。
二档(10-12分)
1.较好地完成了规定的写作任务，虽漏掉1、2处次重点写作信息，但基本上包含所有内容要点。
2.结构较为完整，语句完整，意思清楚。语法结构和词汇错误较少，格式基本正确，书写较规范。
3.能应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。
4.虽有少量无关信息，但基本能围绕主题。
三档 (7-9分)
1.基本上完成了规定的写作任务。重要的写作要点、内容信息有缺失。
2.结构欠完整，少数语句不通顺，意思基本清。语法结构和词汇错误较多，但基本不影响理解。格式基本正确，书写基本规范。
3.能应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文内容基本连贯。
4.整体而言，基本能围绕主题，能看出写作意图。
四档(4-6分)
1.未恰当完成规定的写作任务。只包含少数内容要点。
2.结构不完整，多数语句欠完整，意思不够清楚。语法结构和词汇错误较多，影响理解。格式不够正确，书写欠规范。
3.较少使用语句间的连接成分，内容缺少连贯性。
4.主题不大明确，信息未能清楚地传达给读者。
五档(0-3分)
1.未能按要求完成规定的写作任务。未能理解写作要求，明显遗漏主要内容，只写出个别要点，写了一些无关内容。
