教学内容分析
本节课围绕“节日(festival)”这一话题展开各种教学活动,向学生介绍中西方不同的节日习俗,表达每个人对这些节日的不同的看法。主要呈现话题词汇，通过简单的听力活动输入新的语言，介绍不同地区的节日。通过小组活动、独立练习、调查、讨论、游戏等方式教学听、说、读、写等各种训练,使学生对中西方主要节日有较为详细的了解,让学生掌握节日的内涵,从而愉快地度过每个节日。教育学生在生活中热情友好地对待每个人,传播爱和欢乐。
学情分析
本课的授课对象是九年级的学生，经过两年的学习后，学生积累了大量词汇，所以才有不同的活动帮助学生灵活运用单词，目的是为了学在课堂上积极思考，热情高涨，并鼓励学生积极参与活动。学生在听力方面相对薄弱，所以给与学生更多机会发言，练习听力与口语。 本单元的主题是运用宾语从句对中国的传统节日表达自己的态度或做出回应，以及了解传统故事的由来，而学生对中国传统节日很感兴趣并愿意表达自己的看法，因此为本节课的语法基础奠定了情感基础。
教学目标
知识目标 1.掌握节日名称：泼水节，端午节，春节，元宵节。 2.掌握以下句型： (1) Bill thinks that the races were not that interesting to watch. (2) Bill wonders whether they'll have zong zi again next year. (3) What a Great day! 3.掌握宾语从句和感叹句。
能力目标 通过开展角色表演等活动，培养学生听说读写的技能，会运用 宾语从句及感叹句表达自己的看法
情感目标 1.了解中西方节日的文化习俗和文化差异，能用感叹句表达自己的情感；能够运用that引导的宾语从句，陈述自己或转述他人的观点及反应，能够运用if/whether引导的宾语从句，询问信息。 2.使学生了解我国不同地区的节日，了解中华传统文化，从而激发学生爱我中华的热情。

B3: I love the … I Wonder whether Work in groups and role play the conversation. 通过对节假日活动的提问，让学生练习节假日活动的对话，让学生在了解节日文化的同时，锻炼其表达看法观点的能力。 根据对话信息，两两对话，分角色表演有利于积极性提高，且有助于对本部分目标句型的掌握。

教学反思 这是本单元的第一节课。因此，重要的是让学生知道，他们将学会在本单元中用感叹词表达个人反应和强烈的情感。一开始，老师应该带领学生学习一些节日和描述词，并让学生在听和说中练习目标语言会话中的单词和短语。学生进行一些语言练习后，他们可以学习新的模式和宾语从句。新的单词和表达式也是单元第一节的要点。我们可以在练习中学习，不要把它们从意义组中分离出来。
