Li Hua and Qi Fan are both my good friends. But they are quite different.
Li Hua has short curly brown hair but Qi Fan has black hair. Li Hua has smaller eyes than Qi Fan. Qi Fan has a pair of black glasses, so he looks cleverer.They play different roles in the class. Li Hua is more outgoing than Qi Fan. He is so active that he has a lot of friends. But Qi Fan is smarter than him. He is good at maths so he can answer many difficult maths questions. He always has good grades.Their hobbies are different, too. Li Hua is good at playing basketball and football. He plays them well. Qi Fan likes playing ping-pong. But he plays it only for entertainment.I like both of them.
I don’t think friends should be the same as long as they truly care about me and can reach for my hand.

Most people around me think that friends should be similar to us. But I don’t think so. We don’t need standards to make friends. Friends can be the same as us or different. I have two friends who have different looks, personalities and hobbies.One of them is Li Hua. He is tall but fat. He is the most outgoing boy in the class. Everyone likes him, because he is humorous and helpful. He likes boxing very much. He often says he wants to be a boxer when he grows up.
But Qi Fan is different from Li Hua. He is tall, too. But he is not good at sports. He can do everything well except sports. He is quiet and shy. He doesn’t talk too much, but he is as helpful as Li Hua. He is good at playing chess. And he has won many chess matches.
Although we are quite different, we play together happily. It doesn’t matter if a friend is the same as us or not. The most important thing is that our friends really care about us.
