一、教学内容分析
这是一节综合活动课，本单元的项目活动是让学生策划一场集体生日会。首先让学生运用本单元的目标语言调查小组成员的生日日期，然后统计出本月过生日的同学，最后为这些同学策划一场有意义的集体生日，并评选出最佳活动方案。通过本课时的活动，可以帮助学生进一步巩固本单元所学语言知识，提升学生的综合语言运用能力。通过评选活动，还可以帮助学生对方案进行反馈，帮助学生反思方案的合理性，提高他们的思辨能力。
二、学情分析
学生在前面的语言学习过程中，已经学会用英语表达日期，谈论各种各样的生日庆祝方式，这为本课的综合实践活动打下了良好的基础。本节课讨论如何策划一场有意义的集体生日，需要学生在小组内围绕相关问题展开热烈的讨论，然后共同完成生日庆祝计划，七年级的学生活泼好动、思维活跃，能够积极参与小组讨论，但是他们的思辨能力还不是很强，课堂活动过程中需要教师进行必要的指导。

五、教学活动设计
环节一：回顾表示月份的词汇和日期表达法。（5 mins） 学生先将表示月份的单词填入具体的方框中，然后介绍自己家庭成员的生日日期。
