一、教学内容分析
这是一节综合活动课,本单元的项目活动是让学生策划一场集体生日会。首先让学生运用本单元的目标语言调查小组成员的生日日期,然后统计出本月过生日的同学,最后为这些同学策划一场有意义的集体生日,并评选出最佳活动方案。通过本课时的活动,可以帮助学生进一步巩固本单元所学语言知识,提升学生的综合语言运用能力。通过评选活动,还可以帮助学生对方案进行反馈,帮助学生反思方案的合理性,提高他们的思辨能力。
二、学情分析
学生在前面的语言学习过程中,已经学会用英语表达日期,谈论各种各样的生日庆祝方式,这为本课的综合实践活动打下了良好的基础。本节课讨论如何策划一场有意义的集体生日,需要学生在小组内围绕相关问题展开热烈的讨论,然后共同完成生日庆祝计划,七年级的学生活泼好动、思维活跃,能够积极参与小组讨论,但是他们的思辨能力还不是很强,课堂活动过程中需要教师进行必要的指导。

环节一:回顾表示月份的词汇和日期表达法。(5 mins) 学生先将表示月份的单词填入具体的方框中,然后介绍自己家庭成员的生日日期。
