教学目标
通过图片环游、问题引领等能够理解绘本。通过listen and read指导孩子能够用正确的语音、语调朗读绘本。通过chant，rhyming fun,手指辨音等方法能够知道字母组合ow在单词中的发音。通过Let’s blend等能够掌握初步的拼读技巧。通过乌鸦过河的有趣的小游戏来检测孩子拼读的能力。通过开放性问题来启动学生英语思维，培养孩子善于思考和坚持不懈的精神。
学情分析
在语言知识储备方面，学生在之前的学习中已掌握26个字母的发音和ar、or等字母组合发音，学生基本能够用Phonics拼读简单的单词。在学习技能方面已经基本掌握教师的课堂用语和指令，在多媒体课件的帮助下能听懂和读准英语单词和句子。在教师的指导下能完成一系列任务，并具备基本的小组合作能力。从学生的年龄特点上看，二年级的学生活泼好动，乐于模仿和表演，从教学设计上要符合学生的年龄特点。
教学环节与活动
Step 1 Warm-up
1.A riddle
教师通过给学生一些有关乌鸦的信息和音效让学生进行猜测。
【设计意图】设置悬念引起学生兴趣，并逐步激活学生大脑有关乌鸦的信息，引出绘本主人公crow。
Step 2 Presentation

教师通过PPT图片展示绘本的封面问学生 What can you see / What will happen between the crow and the yellow pillow
【设计意图】引导孩子观察绘本封面，吸引孩子对绘本的兴趣。
Picture touring
教师通过PPT进行绘本故事的一轮图片环游，让学生认真观察绘本的图片和楼先生的表情，通过听音、表演和猜测等方式来预测绘本故事情节发展，进而慢慢理解故事内容。
【设计意图】培养学生的观察能力，引导学生预测故事内容发展，发现更多细节，启动学生英语思维。
Step 3 Practice

教师带着学生复述故事一边板书新单词一边呈现教授新单词，然后让学生观察单词找出他们的共同点：都含有相同的字母组合ow。
【设计意图】培养学生的观察能力，发现共同点。
2.Find the sound of “ow”
教师播放一个ow 发音的视频。
【设计意图】培养学生通过听，初步感知“/ u/”的发音。
3.Let’s chant.
教师播放一段含有字母组合ow的拼读视频，学生通过听、唱，配合动作，初步尝试拼读。
【设计意图】通过朗朗上口的chant，巩固“/ u/”的发音，为接下来的拼读奠定基础。
4. Try to blend.
教师通过PPT展示图片，学生尝试拼读。
【设计意图】培养学生拼读单词的能力，提高学生的自信心。
5. 乌鸦过河
教师设置乌鸦受伤不能飞的情景，让小朋友想办法帮助乌鸦过河的故事。
【设计意图】通过设计乌鸦过河的情景，有效地启动学生大脑想办法帮助乌鸦过河，同时在游戏中有效地检测孩子见词能读的能力。
6. Rhyming fun
教师播放rhyming fun 的视频两次，第一次先听，第二次学生跟着视频。
【设计意图】单词结合绘本的句子，让学生从单词到句子进行操练，为下一步阅读绘本做铺垫。
7.Try to read the story
学生两人一组读尝试读故事。
【设计意图】学生尝试着读绘本，为后文故事的输出和表演故事奠定基础。
8. Listen and repeat.
教师通过PPT展示,个别学生朗读，然后学生一起听音频模仿跟读。
【设计意图】检测学生的学习效果，增强学生学习的自信心。
Step 4 Production
1.Ask and answer (如果你是乌鸦，你是怎么做来引起楼先生注意从而得到你喜欢的枕头？
【设计意图】通过开放性问题，启发学生思维，培养学生遇到问题要动脑筋想办法来解决问题的能力。
2.Group work:Act out the story
四人小组表演故事。
【设计意图】小组表演绘本，通过形象生动的故事表演，培养小组合作意识，展示学习成果。
