读后续写考前突击之“三步成文法”

第二节(满分 25 分)阅读下面材料,根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段,使之构成一篇完整的短文。I met Gunter on a cold, wet and unforgettable evening in September. I had planned to fly to Vienna and take a bus to Prague for a conference. Due to a big storm, my flight had been delayed by an hour and a half. l touched down in Vienna just 30 minutes before the departure of' the last bus to Prague. The moment I got off the plane, I ran like crazy through the airport
building and jumped into the first taxi on the rank without a second thought.That was when l met Gunter. I told him where I was going, but he said he hadn't heard of the bus station. l thought my pronunciation was the problem, so l explained again more slowly, but he still looked confused. When I was about to give up, Gunter fished out his little phone and rang up a friend. After a heated discussion that lasted for what seemed like a century, Gunter put his phone down and started the car.
Finally, with just two minutes to spare we rolled into the bus station. Thankfully, there
was a long queue (队列) still waiting to board the bus, Gunter parked the taxi behind the bus.turned around, and looked at me with a big smile on his face. “We made it,” he said Just then I realised that I had zero cash in my wallet. I flashed him an apologetic smile as I pulled out my Portuguese bankcard. He tried it several times, but the card machine just did not play along. A feeling of helplessness washed over me as l saw the bus queue thinning out.At this moment, Gunter pointed towards the waiting hall of the bus station. There, at the entrance, was a cash machine. l jumped out of the car, made a mad run for the machine, and popped my card in, only to read the message:“Out of order. Sorry.”

Step1：梳理原文信息
Step2：读段首句，想“四点”
第一段段首句交代了“我”跑向Gunter，告诉了他这个坏消息，下面紧接着就写Gunter听到消息后的反应For a fleeting moment, his face dimmed.
第二段首句说，4天后，“我”回到了Vienna，如约给Gunter打了电话，所以第一段尾句要写“我”成功从Vienna坐上巴士去往Prague。这样才能衔接上。
第二段首句后面紧接着应该描述Gunter接电话时的回应。
结尾句可以结合文章主题，设计“我”和Gunter成为朋友，写“我”和Gunter成为朋友：
Over time, our paths continued to intersect as we became friends, sharing meals and stories whenever I visited Vienna.
Step3：“五所”丰富两段内容（五所：所见、所闻、所说、所做、所思/所感）
结合五所可以对续写的两段内容进行提问并用英文逐一回答这些问题，第一段可以提出以下几个问题
1.What did I say to Gunter？
“I really need to catch this bus,” I pleaded, quickly explaining the urgency of attending the crucial conference.
2.What did I promise (根据续写第二段段首句中as promised提示）
I promised to pay him back upon my return in four days.
3.What did Gunter do and what did he say
Gunter paused, trying to weigh up the situation. Eventually, he grinned at me. “I trust you. Go catch your bus.”
第二段可以提问：
1.What did we do
When we met at the appointed café, I handed him an envelope containing the money I owed, plus the extra to express my gratitude. Gunter only accepted the taxi fare, shrugging off my attempt to insist he take it all.
2.What did Gunter say to me and how did I respond
“Did you make it to your conference ” he inquired. I nodded, thanking him again for showing kindness to a stranger.
对以上内容，稍微整理一下，一篇续写就完成了。
