【感谢信】
感谢信：
感谢信是重要的礼仪文书，是向帮助、关心和支持过自己的集体或个人表示感谢的书信，用于致谢他人的馈赠、款待、帮助、以及对慰问信和祝贺信的回复，有感谢和表扬双重功能。
【感谢信三要素】
①开头：提出感谢，陈述感谢原因，鲜明的对对方提供的帮助或赠送的礼品表示谢意。
②主体：细述并赞赏对方给予的帮助，说明该帮助所起的作用，或表达对所受礼品的喜爱以及以后如何使用及收藏等。
③结尾：再次表达诚挚的谢意并问候对方。
【感谢信注意事项】
1. 人称：
感谢人用第一人称，被感谢人用第二人称。
2.内容：内容要简明、具体；感情真挚、饱满；感
激鸣谢之情洋溢在字里行间。
3.格式：感谢信的格式与其他英文书信相同，由称
呼、正文、结尾、署名构成。
4.时效：写感谢信要及时，最好在刚刚收到礼物或得到别
人帮助后尽快写，此时感激之情油然而生，写出
信也会热情洋溢。
4.时态：
① 在提到对方曾给予帮助时，通常用过去时态；② 在提到对方的帮助所产生的实际效果时，可用 现在完成时；③ 涉及到现状，可用一般现在
时；④ 在表达祝愿或希望时，可用将来时。
【常用词汇】
动词： thank, appreciate; express 表达
名词：kindness 善良； hospitality 热情好客，
款待；thanks, gratitude, appreciation;
形容词： thankful, grateful, appreciative,
heartfelt 衷心的 ；sincere 真诚的
