教学反思：
作为本节课的执教者，我深切地感受到了学生从不会到学会再到创新运用的过程。我没有想到学生是那么想当“小老师”，原来谁都希望被肯定。
我对这节课感触最深的是：教师的教学活动要以学生为主体，要诱导学生的学习动机，激发学生的学习兴趣。正因为激发了学生的兴趣，故教学效果好。
