本课学习目标
通过参与“创建餐厅菜单”的项目式学习活动，学生能够：
1. 能够协作制定多样化的菜单菜品列表，通过小组内共同讨论，选择多样化的菜品，确保菜单涵盖不同口味和文化特色，记录并整合小组成员的意见，形成一份包含丰富菜品种类的初步菜单列表。
2. 能够根据初步菜单列表，设计一份完整的餐厅菜单，包括菜品名称、价格、食材清单等详细信息，能够运用美学原则，使菜单外观整洁、美观，吸引顾客注意。
3. 能够模拟餐厅点餐场景，与伙伴进行角色扮演，模拟餐厅点餐流程，展示菜单和推荐饮品，提升服务意识和沟通技巧。

How to create a restaurant menu
Step 1: Choose Dishes
Think about what food your restaurant will have. Write down the names of the dishes. For example, if it's a Chinese restaurant, you might have "Kung Pao Chicken" and "Fried Rice".
Step 2: Write Descriptions
For each dish, write a short description. Say what's in the dish. For "Kung Pao Chicken", you could write "chicken, peanuts, vegetables, spicy sauce".

Step 3: Set Prices
Decide how much each dish will cost. Make sure the prices are good for your customers. For example, "Kung Pao Chicken" might be $12.
Step 4: Design the Menu
Use a computer or paper to make the menu look nice. Put the dish names, descriptions, and prices in a neat way. You can add pictures of the food too.
Step 5: Check and Print
Look at the menu carefully. Make sure there are no mistakes. Then print it out. Now your menu is ready!
