Wild animals are our friends. We live on the same planet. So protecting them is protecting ourselves. However, many wild animals have already died out and hundreds of others are becoming endangered. So it is necessary to protect wild animals. If nothing is done, we may find ourselves alone on the earth.
Wild animals are endangered for many reasons. Firstly, the forests where wild animals live are being destroyed. As a result, a lot of animals are losing their habitats. Secondly, many animals are dying out because of pollution. Besides, too much hunting also causes the disappearance of certain species of wild animals.
In my opinion, the government should keep people from destroying forests and shut down the the factories which pollute rivers and air. And more wildlife centers should also be set up.

It is known to everyone that the unrestrained slaughter of wild animals has diminished the number of some endangered species. More and more species are being driven extinction every year. lt is terrible to think that magnificent animals are being sacrificed牺牲 to human vanity虚荣心. There are already laws that prevent hunters from killing rare animals to make profits with their valuable skin and fur.
Moreover, human beings must be aware of the importance of protecting wild animals . lf we don't take immediate action, we will be depriving future generations of our most precious heritage.
大家都知道野生动物的滥杀已使得濒临绝种的动物之数量越来越少。众所周知，无节制的屠杀野生动物已经减少了一些濒危物种的数量。每年都有越来越多的物种濒临灭绝。想想看，为了人类的虚荣心，那些美丽的动物被当作牺牲品，真是太可怕了。已经有法律禁止猎人猎杀珍稀动物以获取珍贵的皮毛牟利。

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the development of cities, the using of chemical products and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrow and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.
In order to protect our beautiful planet, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of natural variety and beauty. Therefore, measures of the following should be taken: pollution standards are made to keep down poisons; killing off rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wildlife reserves.
Only if we human beings take some effective measures, can wild animals be preserved.
保护野生动物
许多野生动物正面临绝种的危险，因为它们生活的环境发生了极大的变化。譬如，随着城市的发展，化学产品的使用和严重的污染，野生动物的生活区域变得越来越狭小。许多野生动物目前正面临着食物方面的危机。同时，为了获取野生动物的毛、皮、角、牙齿和肉，人类正在屠杀野生动物。
为了保护生态资源，人们应当意识到任何物种的缺失，至少意味着知识资源和自然美的缺失。因此，应采取以下措施:禁止捕杀珍稀物种；应该建立国家公园作为野生动物保护区。
只有我们人类采取一些有效的措施，野生动物才能得到保护。

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is known to all, the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue. at least, one million animal species have disappeared. Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. lt is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh(残酷的) reality. Unfortunately, we may not see these animals in the near future.
As far as I am concerned, we may be responsible for this. In that, the number of animal species declines year by year due to people’s hunting. Clearly, hunters shoot some wild animals for their valuable fur to make profits, especially to make fashionable clothes. So some greedy 贪婪的people begin to kill animals in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings
许多动物有灭绝的危险。众所周知，动物物种的数量减少得越来越快，这种趋势将继续下去。至少有100万种动物已经消失。更糟糕的是，越来越多的野生动物处于极大的危险之中。这不是一条耸人听闻的新闻；这是事实，是残酷的现实。不幸的是，在不久的将来我们可能看不到这些动物了。
