2 When the first word ends in -r or -re and the next word begins with a
vowel sound, we join them together with a /r/ sound between them.

单词末尾有字母“r”或“re”的词,在短语或句子中和以字首元音开始的词相邻时,在英语中“r”也要读出音,并和后面的元音连读。

英语中的 /j/ 和 /w/ 是半元音,如果前一个词是以辅音结尾,后一个词是以半元音,特别是 /j/ 开头,此时也要连读。
