Born in January 1942 in Oxford,England.Stephen Hawking is generally accepted as the greatest scientist of our time.When young,he didn’t study medicine as his father advised him to.Instead,he devoted himself to the study of math and theoretical physics.At the age of 21,he suffered from a kind of disease known as ALS,and his doctor believed he would have only two years to live.It is a great wonder that Hawking has survived.Later he wasn’t able to speak and now he is only able to move two fingers of his left hand.That’s why he was to sit in a wheelchair all the time.
In 1988,he made his name known to the world with his book A Brief History of Time. Such is Stephen Hawking,a disabled man with great achievements.

Good afternoon! Today, I'd like to draw your attention to the significance of maintaining healthy eating habits. As is known to all, our diets are the foundation of our health, nurishing our bodies and minds .
Unfortunately, I've noticed several unhealthy dietary patterns among us, such as skipping breakfast, indulging in excessive amounts of snacks, particularly those loaded with sugar and preservatives, not to mention picky eating. To combat these unhealthy trends and foster healthier eating habits, I propose/advocate for the following strategies. First and foremost, let's prioritize breakfast, as it provides us with the energy and nutrients we need to tackle our daily challenges. Secondly, cutting down on desserts and cutting out sweet drinks can not only effectively prevent potential weight but also dental issues. What is highly recommended is to opt for healthier alternatives like fresh fruits or water. Thirdly, developing consistent eating habits is conducive to regulating our metabolism as well as avoiding overeating. Furthermore, let's consume fresh foods packed with essential nutrients and fiber, whenever possible, rather than processed ones.
In conclusion, Let’s have a healthy attitude towards food and embrace balance and moderation.

Good morning! I feel honored to deliver a speech with the theme of first aid. First aid is immediate help provided to a sick or injured person before professional help arrives. World First Aid Day, which falls on the second Saturday of September every year, is introduced to raise global awareness of how first aid can save people's lives.
To ensure campus safety, it is vital to make students and teachers aware of the basic methods they should apply after an accident occurs. After getting trained properly, we can master basic first aid skills, such as first-aid treatment for burns, CPR and Heimlich manoeuvre.
